Please read these Terms & Conditions before submitting a repair request. By ticking the Terms checkbox and confirming the order, the customer electronically accepts the full service, inspection, delivery, repair approval, payment, warranty, and dispute-handling rules of MesoTechFix.

Version: 2026-06-05

1Electronic acceptance and contractual relationship

Clicking the Terms & Conditions checkbox before confirming the order is an electronic acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and forms part of the ticket/order record.

MesoTechFix may store the acceptance date and time, ticket/order number, accepted terms version, and technical acceptance metadata when available and legally permitted.

The acceptance applies to the inspection policy, delivery process, repair quotation approval, payment, warranty, customer support, and service communication for the submitted ticket.

Legal basis: Iraqi Electronic Signature and Electronic Transactions Law No. 78 of 2012, and the general rules of contracts and obligations under Iraqi Civil Code No. 40 of 1951.

2Service scope, inspection, and diagnosis

MesoTechFix provides inspection, diagnosis, repair, delivery/return handling, and customer communication services for supported laptops and electronic devices.

Submitting a request or handing over a device does not guarantee that the device can be repaired. Repair depends on inspection results, device condition, technical possibility, parts availability, and customer approval.

Inspection aims to identify the fault as much as technically possible using reasonable professional care.

Some faults may only appear after opening the device, testing it, or after fixing an initial fault.

This especially applies to liquid damage, breakage, electrical short, previous repair, tampering, hidden board damage, storage damage, or non-visible internal damage.

MesoTechFix does not guarantee discovering all faults during the first inspection.

Paid repair work does not begin until the customer is informed of the cost and approval is obtained.

3Cost, approval, and payment

Inspection is free when checkout shows the inspection fee as free.

Inspection may become paid in the future depending on workload or service policy.

Any inspection fee must be clearly shown to the customer before submitting the order.

Repair cost and parts cost are determined after inspection.

No paid repair starts without customer approval.

If the customer rejects repair, previously disclosed delivery or inspection fees may still apply.

The current payment method is cash on delivery/receipt or any other method clearly shown at checkout.

Electronic payment is unavailable unless it is clearly enabled in the website.

Ticket number, invoice, and service notifications are references for service proof, value, date, device condition, and work performed.

4Spare parts and warranty

Parts availability is not guaranteed.

Delivery time and price may change based on market, supplier, origin, condition, exchange rate, and availability.

Parts may be original, replacement, used in good condition, or refurbished.

The customer must be informed of part type and cost before installation when it is not covered by prior approval.

MesoTechFix provides a 7-calendar-day warranty from the date the device is delivered to the customer, and the warranty covers only the specific fault repaired by MesoTechFix.

The warranty is not a full-device warranty.

The warranty does not cover new faults, unrelated faults, misuse, breakage, liquids, rust, moisture, burn, electrical damage, tampering, opening by another party, unsuitable charger/part/accessory, or any external cause after delivery.

5Data, files, and passwords

Customers are responsible for backing up personal files before handing over a device.

MesoTechFix does not guarantee preserving data during inspection, system repair, formatting, operating system reinstall, storage replacement, electrical repair, or any technical process.

Access to files is not intended except as needed to inspect or verify device function.

If a password or access is needed, the customer confirms they own the device or are authorized to hand it over.

6Transport, delivery, and liability disclaimer

MesoTechFix may arrange pickup or return delivery directly or through a third-party courier/carrier.

When the device is sent from the customer to MesoTechFix through a courier or third-party carrier, responsibility for loss, damage, breakage, or transport-related damage lies with the courier/carrier within its legal responsibility until MesoTechFix physically receives the device and documents its condition.

MesoTechFix is not responsible for loss, damage, or breakage before actual physical receipt at the service center, unless direct fault by MesoTechFix is proven in arranging the delivery or giving incorrect instructions to the customer/courier.

The customer must package the device safely and remove unnecessary accessories unless requested for inspection.

The customer is responsible for damage caused by poor packaging or sending unnecessary accessories.

When sending the device back from MesoTechFix to the customer, MesoTechFix is responsible for reasonable packing, documenting the device condition before dispatch, and handing it to the courier/customer according to the agreed delivery method.

MesoTechFix accepts responsibility for direct proven loss/damage caused by MesoTechFix during dispatch, including poor packing by MesoTechFix or direct fault by MesoTechFix.

If damage/loss happens because of the third-party courier after MesoTechFix handed over the device in a documented and properly packed condition, the claim follows the courier's procedures/legal responsibility, and MesoTechFix will provide available documentation to support the customer.

MesoTechFix may document the device condition using photos, videos, and technical notes at receipt, during inspection, before dispatch, and at delivery.

This documentation is used to distinguish previous damage, transport damage, and damage after delivery.

Legal basis: Iraqi Civil Code No. 40 of 1951 regarding obligations, civil liability, and compensation for direct damage when fault and causal relationship are proven, and Consumer Protection Law No. 1 of 2010 regarding service clarity and protection of consumer rights.

7Device condition documentation

MesoTechFix may photograph and document the device at receipt, during inspection, before dispatch, and at delivery.

Documentation is used for ticket management, inspection, warranty, dispute resolution, and protecting both the customer and MesoTechFix.

Photos and notes are not used for marketing unless separate customer approval is obtained.

8Pre-existing or hidden faults

MesoTechFix is not responsible for previous, hidden, unrelated, or pre-existing faults.

Examples include misuse, liquid damage, breakage, burn, electrical short, unprofessional previous repair, previous tampering, internal board damage, storage damage, or damage not visible at receipt.

If an additional paid issue appears, the customer is informed before paid work continues.

9Cancellation and refusal

The customer can cancel before inspection or repair starts.

After inspection, parts order, or repair work starts, agreed or actual costs may apply if previously approved.

If repair is impossible or the customer rejects the cost, return is arranged based on the technical condition after inspection and an explanation is provided when possible.

MesoTechFix may refuse or cancel service for safety, ownership concerns, inappropriate behavior, impossible repair, or unsuitable service conditions.

10Uncollected devices

If the customer does not collect the device within 180 calendar days from the date of the first collection notice, MesoTechFix reserves the right to claim storage fees or take appropriate legal procedures after sending repeated notices to the customer through the phone number, email address, or any contact method recorded in the request.

11Suspicious or non-compliant devices

MesoTechFix may refuse devices suspected of ownership disputes, theft, unjustified lock, serial number tampering, illegal use, or safety risk.

MesoTechFix may request proof of ownership or authorization.

12Disclaimer and limitation of service/liability

MesoTechFix provides service with reasonable professional care.

Electronic devices and technical faults may make inspection or repair results not guaranteed in all cases.

MesoTechFix does not guarantee that every device can be repaired.

MesoTechFix does not guarantee that all faults are discovered during the first inspection.

Hidden faults and pre-existing conditions are excluded.

MesoTechFix is not liable for loss of data, files, programs, or settings.

The customer is responsible for backup.

MesoTechFix is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, unsuitable charger/accessory, third-party opening, breakage, liquids, moisture, or electrical shock after delivery.

When direct fault by MesoTechFix is proven, liability is limited to direct proven damage.

Liability does not include indirect losses such as work interruption, lost profits, lost opportunities, or losses caused by lack of backup.

This section must not be interpreted as exemption from fraud, gross negligence, intentional misconduct, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

13Completion time

Inspection, repair, and delivery times are estimates, not binding deadlines unless specifically agreed in writing.

Delays may happen due to workload, parts availability, suppliers, courier, fault complexity, late payment, or late customer response.

14Changes to these terms

MesoTechFix may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

Each ticket is governed by the version accepted at the time the ticket/order was created.

The terms version should remain visible and stored with the ticket/order record.

15Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the Republic of Iraq.

The parties should first attempt friendly resolution through website support, chat, or official support channels.

If friendly resolution fails, the competent Iraqi courts are the reference.
